Scale of the operation
A few figures from jobs by Coli Group’s Turkey office reported in the press. These loads are not the operations in the film; they give an idea of the scale of the work.
- Single-piece lifting range, first quarter of 2024
- 35–300tonnes
- In the same period, on more than 12 industrial projects
- 10,000+freight tonnes
- Two power transformers arriving at Safiport Derince, 2023
- 2 × 285tonnes
- Length of the parts shipped in summer 2024; weights between 20 and 200 tonnes
- 35metres max
For the 2023 transformer move, the route was prepared after a two-month survey; roads were adjusted, construction work was carried out and the load was moved across a girder bridge. Source: trade press reports on CPC Coli Project Cargo (2023–2024).
