The service covers Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube accounts. Which account takes priority depends on which platform your audience uses.
For industrial and service companies, social media often isn’t about direct sales. The account shows buyers, suppliers and job seekers that the company is active and working steadily. That’s why LinkedIn is usually the priority channel for these companies. Content includes shots from production, trade-fair and event announcements, news about new investments and machinery, job ads and team introductions.
The first month of management starts with a review of your current accounts and similar accounts in your sector. We assess which content draws interest, whether profile information is incomplete and how consistent the visual language is. Then the content themes the account will work through regularly are set, for example production, team, projects and announcements. In the following months the plan is built on these themes.
At the start of each month, topics, formats and publishing dates are pulled into one plan and sent to you for approval. Regular shoot days are planned for visual needs; photos and short videos are captured on the same day. That way your team doesn’t have to set aside time for every single post.
Posting frequency depends on the account’s goal and how much content can be produced regularly. Fewer but regular, quality posts are more sustainable than a busy calendar the content can’t keep up with. Frequency can be updated month by month according to the platform, season, trade fairs and campaign periods. For example, announcement and countdown content increases in the weeks before a trade fair, and team and production content comes to the fore in quieter periods.
Measurable goals for each account are set at the start of the contract: reach, profile visits, website clicks, form submissions or WhatsApp messages, for example. The monthly report covers what was published, what worked against those goals and what will change next month. We don’t guarantee follower or sales numbers; the report is built around data that makes your decisions easier.
Social media management covers organic posts. Meta ads are a separate service requiring audience, budget and campaign setup. When both services are run by the same team, ad visuals draw on the content plan. Details of ad management are on the digital advertising management page.
The same routine repeats every month; the plan and content go to you for approval before publishing.

How do you divide work with a social media agency? Content calendar, approval times, comment and crisis management, shoot days and reporting metrics.
How do you choose between Google Ads and Meta ads? A B2B and local guide to search intent, discovery, targeting, creative, landing pages and measurement.
Yes. The monthly plan and the visual and text of every post are presented for your approval before publication. Content that is not approved is not published.
The report covers published content and metrics such as reach, engagement, profile visits and referrals to the website. The metrics to track are chosen up front according to the account’s goal.
Instead of follower count, we track measurable goals set at the start and report on them every month. We don’t guarantee follower or sales numbers.
No. The ad budget is paid directly to the ad platform and kept separate from the management fee. If ad management is wanted, it appears as a separate line in the quote.
With the platform where your audience is. For industrial companies trying to reach buyers and job applicants, LinkedIn usually comes first; for retail and service businesses, Instagram. The decision is made after the first month’s review.
Shooting, design and copy are done by our team. Technical information and announcements about your company come from you; the final approval is always yours.
