E-commerce consulting in Gebze: shop, marketplaces and content

We work with companies in Gebze and Kocaeli that want to start selling online or put their existing online sales in order. We bring the parts of e-commerce together in one plan, from choosing a platform and opening a marketplace store to product photos, category page SEO and advertising.

What does e-commerce consulting cover?

  • Choosing and setting up a platform for an online shop
  • Opening stores and listing products on marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon, N11)
  • Product photos, product descriptions and category content
  • SEO for category and product pages
  • The flow of payment, shipping and returns processes
  • Digital advertising and reporting

Not every company needs all of these at once. One company only wants to sell on marketplaces, while another builds its own shop and uses marketplaces as an extra channel. In the first meeting we look at your product range, target audience and current sales channels and decide together which step to start with.

Online shop: choosing and setting up the platform

The platform choice depends on the number of products, product variety (options such as size, colour or dimensions), integration needs and how much your team will manage the site itself. Ready-made platforms are quicker to set up; custom software gives flexibility for non-standard needs. Platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax and IdeaSoft are assessed together with you. The choice takes into account the monthly cost, payment and shipping integrations, and compatibility with your accounting or stock software. We recommend only what your business needs.

Marketplace stores: Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and N11

Marketplaces offer ready customer traffic, but each has its own category structure, content rules and image dimensions. When opening a store, we prepare the application steps, store profile and product listings according to the platform’s rules. Product titles and descriptions are written according to how customers search within the marketplace. If you sell on several marketplaces, integration options are also considered to keep stock and price information consistent across channels.

Product photos, content and product page SEO

When shopping online, the customer can’t hold the product; photos and descriptions fill that gap. We shoot your products on white, in use and in detail, with the same light and framing throughout the series; details on the product photography page. On category and product pages, titles, descriptions, structured data and internal links are set up for search engines. We avoid repeating the same text across dozens of products and bring out each product’s own information.

Payment, shipping and returns flow

What the customer experiences from order to delivery directly affects reviews after the sale. Payment methods, the shipping company, dispatch and return steps are planned as one flow together with the notification emails the customer receives. Because the distance sales contract, pre-contract information form, return conditions and KVKK texts carry legal content, we recommend having them prepared or checked by your own legal adviser. We take care of placing these documents correctly on the site and in the order flow.

Digital advertising and reporting

Once the shop is ready, it needs visitors. Google Shopping and search ads, Meta ads and in-marketplace ads are planned according to goal and budget; details on the digital advertising management page. The monthly report looks at visits, baskets, orders and ad spend together. We don’t guarantee specific sales figures; we work with regular data and recommendations to support your decisions.

Frequently asked questions about e-commerce consulting

Our own site or a marketplace?

Both have advantages. A marketplace offers ready customer traffic but comes with commission and intense competition. Your own site keeps the customer relationship and the brand with you, but you have to bring the visitors. Many companies use both; the decision depends on your product and goal.

Which e-commerce platform do you recommend?

We don’t recommend the same platform to everyone. Depending on the number of products, variant structure, integration needs and budget, we look at off-the-shelf platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax and IdeaSoft, or custom software.

Do you handle the marketplace store application?

The application is made in your company’s name with your details; we prepare the required documents and steps together. The store account always belongs to your company.

Do you prepare the distance sales contract?

We don’t give legal advice. We recommend having your distance sales contract, pre-contract information form and KVKK (data protection) texts prepared by your legal adviser; we place these texts on the site and in the order flow.

Do you deliver product photos in marketplace sizes?

Photos are delivered sized to the image rules of the site and marketplaces where you will sell. Platform rules change from time to time, so current dimensions are checked before delivery.

Can you improve our existing online shop?

Yes. We review the site for speed, product page structure, SEO, checkout steps and measurement, and report improvement recommendations in order of priority.
