Privacy (summary)

This summary explains how we use the details you send through the enquiry form, WhatsApp and email. It does not replace the full Turkish notice under KVKK.

What data

Through the form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), the service you choose and your message. Technical: time, the page you were on and a short value of your IP address made with a secret key that changes daily, to prevent abuse and stored for two days at most; the IP address itself is not stored in readable form. The hosting provider may process IP address and browser data in its technical logs under its own policy. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, your number, name and message reach us through those channels.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the details to answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to prevent abuse of the form (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use them for advertising and do not pass them on for advertising.

Recipients and processing

The message reaches us by email. For this we use hosting (Hostinger International Ltd.) and email; a copy goes to a Gmail mailbox (Google). The servers of these providers may be outside Türkiye and the EU.

Retention

For as long as needed to answer and quote; then we delete the details unless we are legally required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to info@jassir.agency. Under Turkish law you have the rights in Art. 11 KVKK; see the KVKK notice (in Turkish).

Cookies and third parties

Fonts and images are served from our own server. The site sets no cookies. The only value kept permanently in your browser (localStorage) is whether you opened the satellite map in the contact section; the map loads from Google Maps only after you click. Only the tab’s session storage (sessionStorage) holds a few technical values: whether you turned the opening music on or off and where it was when you changed pages, a short marker for the transition animation when you switch languages, and a marker that the home page’s opening scene has already played in this tab (it then appears in a short version). These values are never sent to us and are deleted when you close the tab. Animations follow your device’s “reduce motion” setting, which is not sent to us. When the form becomes visible, the page requests a short-lived token from our server; this request appears in the server logs. A YouTube video loads only after you click it; your browser then connects to YouTube. We use the enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com); after the click YouTube may still use cookies or local storage.
