KVKK information notice
This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you fill in the quote form or write to us by WhatsApp or email. It has been prepared under Article 10 of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal data processed
- Quote form: full name, company name (optional), email, phone (optional), the service you choose and the content of your message.
- Technical data: the time and page the form was sent from; to prevent abuse, a one-way hash of the IP address generated with a secret key that changes daily (this hash is kept for at most two days). The IP address is not stored in readable form. The hosting provider may process IP addresses in its own technical logs under its own policy.
- WhatsApp and email: if you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, your number, name and message reach us through those channels.

- Preventing misuse of the form and unwanted messages
- Meeting legal obligations
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK on the grounds that assessing your request is necessary for entering into a contract (point c), for fulfilling legal obligations (point ç) and for the data controller’s legitimate interest (point f). The tick box on the form confirms you have read this notice; it is not consent to receive marketing messages.
5. Transfer of data
Your form message reaches us by email. In the process, the providers we use for hosting and email (hosting: Hostinger International Ltd.; email: a copy also goes to a Google Gmail mailbox) may access the data as needed to provide the service. These providers’ servers may be abroad; transfers abroad are subject to Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not given or sold to third parties for marketing.
6. Retention period
Your message is kept in our inbox for as long as it takes to answer your request and handle any resulting quote. Unless there is a legal retention obligation, it is deleted or anonymised at the end of that period.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can request to:
- To find out whether your data is processed and, if so, to request information
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose
- To know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad
- Asking for correction if the data is incomplete or processed incorrectly
- To request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met
- Asking that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of corrections, deletion or destruction
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
8. Requests
You can send your requests in writing to info@jassir.agency. Depending on its nature, your application will be answered within thirty days at the latest. If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).
