From Gebze to İzmit: travel and schedule

We are based in Gebze; İzmit is about 48 kilometres away by motorway, around 35 minutes when traffic is flowing. Being this close, we can do the site visit and preliminary meeting at your facility and schedule the shoot as early in the morning as your shift pattern requires. For jobs that need more than one filming day, the days are scheduled back to back.

Drone filming in İzmit: what to check

İzmit is close to critical sites such as the ports, refinery and energy facilities along the gulf, and to Cengiz Topel Airport in Kartepe. So before every drone shoot, the flight zone, approval from the property or port management and the weather are checked. Under SHGM’s new drone instruction, in force since 30 July 2026, commercial flights fall under the P1 licence class; permits and notifications are expected to go through the İHATTYS system. Details are on the drone filming page.

How is a corporate video made in İzmit?

First we determine who will watch the film: a buyer abroad, an audit firm, job applicants or the city’s residents. The script is written for this audience; locations and filming times are settled during the site visit. Safety rules, confidential areas and filming permissions are planned with you before the shoot. The main film and short versions for social media are cut from the same shoot.

Our work in Kocaeli

In Kartepe, next to İzmit, and in Kefken in Kandıra, we presented Match Gayrimenkul’s housing projects with drone footage. We produced a facility and infrastructure film in three languages for Gebze Güzeller OSB, local election campaigns in Darıca and Dilovası, and Gebze Chamber of Commerce events. At sea and in port settings, we filmed ANKAŞ’s pilotage operations and Martrade’s heavy-lift transports from the ground and by drone. How we work across Kocaeli is described on the advertising agency in Kocaeli page.

What else do we do besides film?

The same team uses the footage on your website and social media too: social media management, website, product photography and corporate identity. Your company in İzmit works with a single agency.
